Hi

my name is Jim & I currently live in Cyprus but I am moving back to my home town of Derby at the beginning of April.

I was wondering if there is a curry "expert / chef" that has anytime / lives in the area & wants to give me a few lessons on knocking up a curry.

I will supply the pay for the ingredients etc (& the beer) if you can give me a few lessons

just tried this one today cos it looked quite easy & I have to say I'm quite chuffed with it.

Not quite a BIR but better than anything I have tasted from a jar etc.

I'm taking some sauce around to my mates tonight to get his opinion.
