Thanks CA, i have frozen 4 portions of this base sauce and im going to give it a go this wknd, going to make a vindaloo with it.

hi, i have just had a go at this sauce, everything ok untill the last part, i'm getting no oil rising from the sauce 
. the sauce looks fine, dark and similar to my local dhansak. would it be ok to still use. thanks
