like the look of this recipe tho dont have the book anyone got a spice mix alternative suitable for jalfrezzi incidently im using darthphalls base.(recipes welcome) thanks in anticipation Tim

well it was a bit of a rush job ive managed darthphalls base and chicken madras broke all the rules along the way very pleased with result jalfrezzi tommorrow !
