Hi by the way, I'm new here.. Basically I wanted to know if it is possible to grow Kashmiri Chillies from the dry Chillies bought at Asian Stores?

I'm new to this site.. Wow, I didn't know you could grow them from store bought Dry Chillies, when is the best time to sow them?
