I've just discovered this site, wow!  so excited about learning new curry making skills!
It looks very informative up to now.
I do make curries for my very large family, we don't go out much, but when we do it's CURRY! I am always interested in the health benefits of the different spices.
Looking forward to loads of new recipes!!

Hi,  I have just discovered this site and am hoping some-one out there can advise me!
I use a tried and tested recipe for my base for 2 people.    I have made it for 6 people by multiplying the spice amounts by 3 and it was fine.
I now have to make a curry for 50 people.  Do I simply multiply by 25 or will that not work?
I will be very grateful for any suggestions.
