Just Joined? Introduce Yourself / Hi Everyone!

Hi all,

I recently found out about this site from my brother. I have enjoyed curries for as long as I can remember and am now on the quest to find out how to cook a good restaurant style curry. I had a go a few years ago but sadly gave up, now I am keen to uncover this secret!
