Hi, I have just joined and have never made a curry before. 
When I was visiting my daughter in Australia (emigrated 6 years ago), she made the most beautiful curries - she told me she got the recipes on here!!
I am going to try Chicken Chasni to start with. (Please advise if this is not a good idea for a beginner)!
