Cooking Equipment / Anyone using a Shaan Gas Tandoor?

Hi guys,
Anyone out there already using a Shaan Gas Tandoor?
Mine's arrived (size 1) and it's awesome ... 10kw on max
Need to work out some basics now, like does it need running in, specifics about getting it up to temp and temps best suited to cooking different things etc.
If nobody here's using one I'll talk to the nice people at Shaan and post back their advice.
