Just Joined? Introduce Yourself / Hi All ?? I've just joined forum.

Hi there
I thought i would introduce myself as a newbie.
I live in sunny Essex and work for the London fire brigade where i am mess manager on the white watch so always looking for new recipes.
There was a time when i first joined some 28 years ago that firefighters would eat anything put on their plate but now there are a lot of fussy bleeders who are on paleo this and low carb that etc.
The good news is that everyone loves a curry so here i am.
