Indian has always been my favourite food and my husband enjoys it too....then the day came when we took our then 3 years old son for his first indian meal.  The waiter offered chicken nuggets, or sausages or pizza for our son  ...no no no I said and I ordered him chicken korma.  He polished it off rightly, mopping up the sauce with his naan and even went into to kitchen to give the chef a cuddle 

After years of trying and begging for recipes I have decided to join this forum and I really really hope I can crack the curry once and for all!!!! Wish me luck    I need as he has just asked what I am doing on the computer and I explained that I was getting help to make him Punjabi Massala...I got a LOT of kisses and he ran off to tell his friend...so sure no pressure lol  ;D
