Cooking Equipment / Re: DIY Yogurt Maker
« on: September 25, 2014, 12:01 PM »
As I seem to get through never ending amounts of yogurt I bought an easiyo. So what I do now is when there is only a tbsp of yogurt left I dump it in the easiyo fill up with milk and leave overnight. Next morning I have 1L of fresh yogurt.

Top bit of kit.
Don't you add sugar into your yogurt? Mine is always sour, the baby doesn't like it(

You'd better follow your English, my dear. If you don't like this very brand it doesn't give you any right to offend other forum members.
By the way I've recently orderend the MC and as soon as I get it I'll make selfie with it - personnally for YOU to make sure I Do use it!
Good luck

Sometimes I use simple non-stick pots and they're ok so I don't think it's worth buying sth more expensive

I've been thinking about buying a pressure cooker but know nothing about them, can someone enlighten me regarding which brands are good and what are they best used for cooking.

Thanks in advance for you help,
London.
They say pressure cookers are less popular nowadays, there is smth new instead - multi cookers, my friend's got one, it's redmond brand, 4502 model, she says one can not only make usual meals but also bake and make yogurt there

Hi Goncalo, I haven't looked at the links you posted, but have you considered a ceramic knife?

I bought one about a year ago, and if you are careful with it, it will you serve up you well.  Not an all round knife for sure, but ultra sharp.  Very good for non hard vegetables (I wouldn't use it for carrots). Onions fine. Having said that though, you have to be very very careful not to chip its brittle blade.  Never needs sharpening... If you tried to though it would smash.
i've got such a knife it's really cool!!
