Morning all, I have 12 family members coming to mine on the 16th August. My sister-in-law is emigrating to Australia, so I sending them off with their final decent Indian curry  ;D

I have always cooked curries on the hotter side, but she has requested a mild curry, says mine are normally too hot for her, even when I reduce the chilli, but heres where the problems begin. I do NOT cook, like or eat mild sweet curries.

So heres where you can help , what are good mild curry recipes on here? What does anybody recommend?
