Evening guys,just rejoined after a year out my passion has reignited i think i burnt myself out last time round its been a while so looking for a new base gravy or an old favorite i still have my Julian voigt 1 and 2 books and mick Crawford curry barking mad any improvements please

Hi, went to my local Indian last night and had a starter called chicken tikka paneer it was lovely and quite sweet does anybody know where I can find recipe to recreate thanks
