I live between Leeds & Wakefield and have just found this site. I usually buy all my Indian groceries from Manchester Superstore in Eastmoor. They are very cheap and you can usually find everything you need .
Usually we like Aagrah in St. Peter's square best .  Re-visited Sheesh Mahal last year but was very disappointed in the meal, despite it getting rave reviews. Have tried most of the curry houses in Leeds & Wakefield areas but Aagrah as mentioned, is still mine and my husbands favourite.

I have a penpal in Corpus Christi !  I live in West Yorkshire near the Curry Mecca of Bradford !  I have always loved curries but since we have a new supersize Asian grocery store about 3 miles form where I live, I can get hold of all the major ingredients/spices. Therefore, my repetoire is getting very large ! I am so enjoying making proper curries from scratch, I would never buy a ready made sauce .
