WOW, there is a great base library here. And some really good clear instruction. Very impressed. I have never done Indian Cooking before, despite being a BIG fan.

The only problem is i want to try so much and reading this (sneakily) at work is making my super hungry.

Hello all, looks good. Keen cooker and hoping to pick up some easy starter tips and move on up from there.

Other interests include, music and foreign film.

What i need - is to pay more attention and learn how to spell (as you will see in time)!

Very nice to see there is a spell check as part of the board here, somethign new to me for a forum.
