what a fantastic resource - I just found you and registered.
We've been cooking curries for years using various approaches - and can make mean bhajis and tikka massallas but have never been able to crack a really good BIR style bhoona or rogan josh etc - i.e. anything with a sauce thats not based on Yoghurt or cream.
So, I'm here to learn how to get good curries like the local restaurants - but with nice gravies rather than creamy sauces ! Looking forward to learning some great recipes.
