Hi all,

This may seem a daft question but im gonna ask it anyways. If im adding dried or fresh ghost chilli's to a ruby, do i leave the seeds in or take em out?

regards

Rich.

Thank you so much mate.

1 question though, how many 300ml pots will i get out of this 4kg recipe? will i end up filling my whole freezer with it or is it on a few? also. if its 300ml, how many portions will this serve (obviously once its been added to the meat and such.

Hi all,

is it possible to cook proper naan breads at home without a clay oven or tandoor oven as i find those rubbish little ones from the supermarket dont complement a good curry at all.

Rich.

Hi all,

I have read on  alot of recipes that a "base sauce" is needed but i have no idea what one is, how to make it, how to use it and how to store it.

Could someone give me a recipe for a base sauce and a bit of advice on how to use it?

thank you very much,

regards,

Rich.

Hi All.

I have some chicken and a boat load of fresh tomatoes. I am cooking for 3 people tomorrow and want a recipe to incorporate the toms. It cant be very spicy as i am cooking for the mrs and a friend and even though i love my curries laced with ghost chilli they cant eat them. Please help me with a recipe if any of you have one.  (im aiming for a balti if possible?)

thanx all.
