As a newbie who loves a pressure cooker I am gonna give Chewy Tikka's base a go with a view to later cooking a Madras.

Looking forward to reading and hopefully contributing.
I am a very keen home cook. I also love to eat.
My favourite BIR dish is Madras when it's good of course.
I love the Kati rolls I ate on the street in Calcutta (over 20 years ago) and in Kolkata a couple of years ago.
I love fish curry too....
I could go on and on and on......
