Just found the site and it looks great.
I have been making curries of various descriptions for over 40 years thanks to a forward thinking RE teacher who introduced our class to "foreign food" when I was 11 with a very basic but delicious home made chicken leg curry.
I was hooked and have spent the intervening years trying and failing to make something that hit the mark.
After a quick look on the site last Friday, I made a chicken balti and naan which was so tasty it genuinely could have come from a restaurant, even my 13 year old daughter who is notoriously picky asked for seconds (that's the best compliment I can get in my house !)
God help my waistline!!!!
