Hi  I am totally new to making curries. I have read a little and I am not sure where to start  I love cooking and adore curries.  Can someone advise me  I have got quite a few spices in at the ready but I must admit, having read some of the recipes, some ive never heard of lol .  I am thinking, shall I start with a base ?  And what is a basic curry to start sorry for all the questions
