Hi everyone - I'm new to this, so please forgive me if I do anything stupid!

I am after an authentic recipe for a NUT free balti (ideally) that I can make from scratch for a very upset teen with a nut allergy to ALL nuts.....any help would be appreciated. Needs to have authentic indian restaurant/take away taste. Thank you Thank you Thank you
