I have been using CA's
Chicken Phal, Vindaloo, Madras and Curry (Illustrated!) with darhs base think that was his name for a long time now (years) and good results every time
But last night and can I just say CA you got the spot on its fab best I've ever made

yer i did and they where perfect CA THB Ive try about 3 different recipes from this site and an glad to say these where the best probs doing some more at the weekend as I 1/2 the recipe i will take some pic and post

Hi all
OK
1 ladle = how many tablespoons (as a lot of thing seam to be in ladles)
chicken can it be reheated say I cook my chicken for a curry some time before and then put it in the fridge till i need it ?

Hi again CA 
I used a large cast iron grill plate it covers 2 gas burners on my hob 1/2 is flat on one side and ribbed got it up to temp and away i went ;D had to open the doors as the extractor could not keep up lol

Ive just made these and can I say they where perfect ;D I made Garlic and coriander my little girl of 7 years had 2 (the big ones)
