Hi Stephen, I guess what I mean by authentic is cooking more restaurant style curries. Only over the last year or so have I even discovered about making the base 'gravy'. I sort of learnt myself to cook curries, knowing that jars of sauces aren't the 'authentic' curry I'm after.

Hi everyone, new member to the site. I've cooked curries for quite a few years, slowly getting better. Wanted to join to get a few more 'Authentic' recipes and tips. Forum looks like it's got lots of great info and recipes. Speak to you all soon
