I'm in the Gillingham area (close to my uni campus). Got to say the takeaways are pretty good round here.
There also seams to be plenty of shops that stock all ingredients needed,
picked up some today to make my first base for a Dhansak tonight.

Hi came here after seeing a post on a home-brew forum I'm a member of, so thought why not learn how to make a proper curry to go with the beer I'll be making.
