Hi all,

I have today made my first base sauce...used Razors as it came highly recommended from a fellow board member and friend. However, I now feel lost..can anybody please help me by possibly posting a link to a recipe suggestion I can use which will work well with the base sauce I have made...I have never pre cooked meat before either, so any help would be much appreciated.

Hi everyone,

I'm very new here, and found the website/forum as a recommendation from a local friend. I've always loved to make curries, but this is taking it to another dimension, and I have to admit I'm a bit lost! However, looking forward to getting to grips with lots of wonderful recipes, especially as I now have time on my hands having recently stopped working full time.  ;D
