The moreish taste that i am looking for is one that is hard to describe.....to seasoned veterans and flavour specialists it may be the most bland and uninspiring....only my inexperienced tastebuds know for sure..

Hello everyone! A workmate of mine told me of this amazing site where, if i studied hard, paid attention to the intricate details of what i would find, i might just be able to concoct a curry of enviable quality. Considering that i am one of those people who has wished, after eating a restaurant curry, that i could somehow emulate that moreish taste in the comfort of my own home, this site stands to be the answer to my prayers....
