Hi all i tried making tikka masala it turned out not to bad but the tikka colour was not good. I got some natural food colouring from morrisons and when i add the colouring it went pink, so could any body help me find some good food colouring names.

Hi to all Ive been wondering around the site since Ive joined and to be honest i felt very lost in all the information then i came across someone mentioning Bruce Edwards "Curry House Cookery" sorry i cant remember who, but anyway i found it on line and everything just clicked into place. So i made my first curry base using Bruce's method i made 4 litres  or there abouts and have been eating curry for the last 2 days my partner and kids loved it.I made chicken madras 3 times and 1 tikka masala which could have been better but no bad for my first try. I didn't take any photo's of them but the next lot i will if i know how to upload them, thanks again to you all and all the information on this site.
