as with your pilau rice recipe the naan bread recipe is fantastic.i just used a frying pan and then finished them under the grill.i put them quite close to the flame which makes them bubble and get the burnt effect of a restaurant naan.every recipe ive tried before has used yeast and has been a dismal failure.to anyone reading,try these you,ll never look back.thanks again.

try maysan curry sauce mix from chinese supermarkets.add half a knorr vegetable stock cube,depending on quantity.then add 5 spice to taste,quite a lot is needed to turn the sauce darker.chilli powder to taste.perfect!

ive just found the site,excellent.i instantly tried curry kings vindaloo recipe.with extra chilli added its spot on.great reaction from four friends who all want the recipe.ive been trying to crack this one for years.thanks
