Just a quick introduction.

My name is Graeme and I am originally from Scotland and moved to Perth Western Australia a couple of years ago.

Not been able to find a decent indian curry shop in all of that time, it is not as popular over here.

There is a curry house locally called the Glasgow Curry House, but to be honest the food is nothing like any curry I have ever had in Glasgow!!!!

So, due to a lack of being able to buy a decent curry, I have been experimenting with my own curries over the past couple of years, mainly using recipes taken from the web, such as VideoJug etc.

I look forward to sharing recipes and experiences with you over the next few years!!
