I'm looking to go with the Chicken Madras, using CA's base. But if my wife is in the mood for something milder, I may just go with the Chicken Tikka Masala. The recipes on the forum are awesome, and I'm just trying to take everything in.

I joined the forum a few weeks back in preparation for the day I got to use the new kitchen to make a curry for my wife. Sunday's the day, so I'm feverishly preparing for my first foray into curry making. Glad to be here, looks like I've a lot of options to get this curry done.
