I just came home from Goa with a jar of pickled baby mangoes. They're pickled in salt and various spices and deliciously salty. These aren't going to last long.

Love, love, LOVE Indian food. Frequent traveller to India too and just home a month from my last four week stay. Looking forward to trying some of the recipes on here and sharing some experiences with you.
