In my opinion a good curry needs oil - sometimes a fair bit.

My missus on the other hand thinks that oil is the stuff of the devil, anyone else have experience in making the fairer sex chow down on the 'Rogan'?

Heheh, glad it's not just me then! They just seem to melt in to the curry and make it 'right'...Phall after the pub sounds awesome...yet explosive!

I like them hot too, never had a curry that could beat me yet...I guess that's because I'm greedy and hate waste though

Thanks CurryHell, I did CA's Madras already and it hit the spot - just right, best Madras I've ever made. The only addition was my habit of adding methi leaves to everything...well the box is so big I want to use them
