Hello, like many people now I'm on a very tight budget and until recently I've been buying the ready made Korma and Tikka curries from Sainsbury's deli section, as they taste alot like restaurant curries, however they are still quite expensive and you don't get much meat in them. So I tried to cook Chicken Korma using Pataks korma paste and followed the instructions on the jar but it was disgusting and tasted like vinegar, has anyone else had that problem or am I just a really bad cook . Anyway that's why I joined this forum to find a really good Korma recipe, so we can carry on with our traditional Friday night Curry night treat.  Thanks Jackie
