I have never seen or heard of ,Jeera masala  the only thing after asking at my local stores is ..... Cumin powder...
Jeera powder is Cumin powder.

Hi,
My local Ambala takeaway make the most fantastic Bombay aloo. I telephoned asked the chief for the recipe and he said Jerra masala is used. I have tried but cannot find this anywhere, has anyone used this Jerra masala if so where can I buy.

Hi,
Could I please ask for some advice, I do not have a large pan to make this base curry and would like to make a small amount say half. To make half the amount is it simple just half the ingredients , onions and all?

Hi,
I see the spices used are Rajah , not knowing much about different manufacturers of Indian spices I use TRS  are these as good as Rajah?
