I do it from memory now, but looking at the forum recipes it must have been CA's korma. The only difference is I whack in a couple of tbsp of desiccated coconut and half a tsp chilli powder. Kids absolutely love it.

I'm with you on still feeling the cr0 site, I still think it's a different forum when I log in sometimes. I still refer to it sometimes and it would be extremely sad if it was to disappear. I do miss cory Anders input, shame it went that way.
Since my kids were about 6 yrs old(13 years ago now) the go-to meal for them is chicken korma taken from this site, although as us curry heads do I always cook 2 or 3 different recipes and they are always hits
Glad to see my curry puff recipe is still going strong, best snack on the planet and been in my family for over 50 years now

Made this to the letter (except I added chopped coriander)last night and it was the best BIR I've made in a couple of years. Absolutely beautiful. Looks the part also! Well worth a go.

Am giving this a go. Have followed it to the letter and will report findings. Makes a change from ca's pressure cooker base that I normally make. I've made the original base as shown on page 1, it's frustrating when a base is so popular the posts take an age to go through, and I always end up wondering if on page 27 or whatever there is a magic update!

That's what I read on some comments on YouTube some years ago so can't confirm, but he hadn't posted anything new since comments were made.

This is a well deserved bump as it's the best mushroom pilau going! Been using it for years and never fails to impress. Any sign of dipuraja lately or is it true he's gone to the big balti in the sky? God bless if it's true as I've enjoyed all his recipes.
