I'm a big fan of Aloo Gobi so thought I'd update.
I follow a traditional recipe such as Madhur Jaffrey's and simply add some curry base 5 mins from the end of cooking as the traditional recipe is quite dry.

I'm Anthony from East Hants (Alton).
I am interested in all aspects of food and drink production from growing, brewing to eating.
I have been making Indian (specifically Pakistani) food since having a Pakistani couple as neighbors during the 80's who were great and demonstrated many dishes.
My family love indian takeaway food so I am itching to start my first BIR style recipe.
I work close to Brick Lane so ingredients are not an issue  ;D
