Chicken Makhani" throws up lots of hits in isolation (46 400 from the UK alone), whilst "Chicken Makoni" throws up barely 430 worldwide (415 from the UK).

language processor is total disaster
I am never sure what this comment means

makhoni = no tomato.

Butter chicken recipe I found on YouTube, book, Internet
But I failed each time.
Please let me eat the delicious Butter Chicken

Here's the recipe that I have


2 pounds chicken breath
=Chicken Marinade =
  1tsp chilli powder
  1tbsp lemon juice
  Salt
  3 / 4 cup plain yogurt
  1.5 tsp Kasoori methi
  1 tsp turmeric
  1 tsp Garam Masala
  1.5 tsp oil
  1.5 tbsp ginger paste
  1 / 2 tbsp garlic paste

=Source=
2.5 inches ginger
8 garlic
2 green peppers
4 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
3 cups tomato puree
1 tbsp chili powder
10 almond flour
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Kasoori methi
1 / 2 tbsp sugar
1 / 2 cup cream
50g butter

Did not succeed in this recipe.
Please let me know a good recipe T_T

I love the butter chicken (makhani).
'I want to be part Restaurants' = I hope that I manage, curry restaurants.

I have experimented a lot of butter chicken recipe.
But has failed.
not  Taste Restaurant.
