Hi there , just a brief hello from me (martin) from Cardiff, currently full up with "man-Flu" and looking for the prefect remedy to see me through these trying times 
The perfect home-cooked takeaway style curry (madras in my case) has always just been out of reach and im hoping your knowlage will help me achieve near perfection in my gastronomic quest
