I love spicy food and curry. I have been cooking for many years and been trying to experiment with restaurant style curries. I am really looking forward to trying some of thees over the Xmas break.

Already got a great tip from the forum. I have made bases before but always found it a pain blending in a food processor. One of the posts was suggesting using a hand blender straight into the pot. Why didn't I think of that! I'm off to buy one now.

My other hobby is martial arts.
