Maybe a base sauce should be just that, a base.
Onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and maybe a little turmeric and paprika.

I always buy laziza. They do good ready made mariniades as well Tikka Botti to name but one.

) I had a good mooch around the site the other night
and went and got some provisions i was missing this morning.
I'm not new to this curry lark, using the Kris Dhillon method for a couple of years now (20 years guess work before that)
so this site is a welcome shot in the arm. Cant believe i've missed this site before either Moonster.

Hi all, well it looks like i've found the forum i've been looking for all my internet life.
I have been trawling the web for a while now looking for BIR recipes, methods and ingredients and it looks like i've just struck cooking oil.
