cslgirlYou could also try popping your tikka on a piece of foil, then putting them under a grill which has been pre-heated at the highest temperature it will go. Just give them a couple of turns whilst cooking and keep an eye on them.

Thanks Although Bilston may be a bit far as I am on the Isle of Wight ;DHave ordered some from Ebay which should be arriving this coming week and then it's curry time !
