Cider all the way and a take away curry, its strange , feels like i'm cheating on an old friend now.

good tips that razor, the rice for one was still slightly clumpy and not all seperated but 30 mins later the left overs were like perfect BIR rice.  i agree on the cook on a different day as well, all i could smell was garlic and onions for 2 days after making the base sauce, my dentist was well happy with me !!

santa, i made a 5 portion pathia, 1 litre of base which i had done on wednesday and 650g of chicken (pre cooked the UB way).

its certainly addicitive making your own currrys, i just wounder how much each curry actually cost me compared to a take away.

for all us chilli freaks out there i use this website a lot, have 20 various plants growing in my kitchen now, even got the naga to grow although i only use that for making people eat so I can laugh at their pain.

Hi everyone,

what a great find this website was, i knew the internet would produce for me one day.

having spent about 6 years attempting and  12 hours this week reading the whole forum i attempted my first BIR curry and sundries tonight.

Very pleased with the Pathia, missus couldnt tell the difference.  Naan deff need a pizza stone as using a frying pan was not good, but they tasted good. Rice was just amazing and could of eaten the whole of the base curry sauce on its own !!

cant wait to try all the other recipes, just need loads of time, took me like 8 hours to make enough for 5 people, XXX

now off to wash up, laters people  ;D
