Hi all. 

Been cooking curries for a while now, mainly from books, although have found that the DIY ones work well also. Have become interested recently in the differences between the 'authentic' types from cook books and the restaurant ones that you get, so looking in here to see what I can pickup.

Hope to learn and post some links for sites I have found good in the past.
