Hello.

Please can someone advise me which base is best to make an assortment of different curries? A sauce that suits most curries. Ideally need a good one. I know it sounds a daft question but I am not too experienced at curries, I have only used CA's base sauce before. It was good, I'm just interested in trying another one.

I am fairly new on here. I know it is a matter of personal opinion, but I am making an indian lunch tomorrow, I have the chicken marinating and would like to know a really good recipe for CTM??? Almost a never fail recipe.
