Yeh I might give that a go. I'm here in Scotland maybe its not seen many other places. However there are a good 10 restraunts in my area who do it so I'm hoping to get a recipe. Fingers crossed.
If I dont then i'll be slaving on the stove for a good while lol

British Indian Restaurant Recipe Requests / Chicken Tikka Garam Masala

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you have a recipe for the amaaaazing Chicken Tikka Garam Masala recipe from Indian Restraunt Speciality section. If you dont know what it is the description goes a bit like this - Tender chicken prepared tikka style and cooked in a garlic butter and a blend of warm spices. Best served medium to hot strength.
