Hello All...

When making a base or gravy for curry, do u use one recipe for all or is there individual ones.

Most of my curries are vindaloo, balti, jafrezzi, madras, masala and tikka at the moment..

Hello Everyone.

Just found this site via a search, glad to of found the forum.

I am from England, but live in Phuket, hard to get many Indian spices, so I have to stock up when I come home as I only go back between 1 year and 15 months, I did manage to get some spices from Singapore last month so pleased there.

I want to learn more about the base - gravies as I do not do curry this way, so am intrigued what curry tastes like made this way, although I have had many take aways.
