Like you I use table spoons and tea spoons.. digital scales as well .. but when it comes to adding the ''hot stuff'' I do not measure properly but go by my taste, except when I cook for my wife and friends..the latter do not like it that hot.. Merry Christmas from Germany.

Aloha one and all, this is my first posting on this lovely site..anyway, some month ago I bought an induction non stick wok.. best thing I ever bought (except for my wife and my BMW cars)  ;D the heat is instantly there and gone, when turned off... can be used for deep frying as well.. I just love it.
The price: around 35 Euros.. dirt cheap for the amount of fun I am getting out of it..
