This is my first visit to this forum but hopefully as I grow in skill and confidence I may even be able to post suggestions ... but that is a long way off at the moment.
I am a coeliac so I will be especially interested in anything that I would not normally be able to eat being modified so that I can eg samosa, naan, etc
Ok that's all I have to say at the moment, I'm off to hunt for something simple but satisfying.   :
