I used to think the Mumtaz were the best ready made ones. Now I have used some recipes from here I am not overly ken on them any more. Much prefer my own.

I must agree with you, been going to Spain for years now and have never had a decent Curry there yet. I have even tried a British chain of Curry houes in Majorca and theirs was still no good.

Hi another newbie here, I only joined this week and have already cooked one of the recipes on here. I cooked it last night a Chicken Bhuna, it was very authentic. I can`t wait to try some more.
