LOL. I was going to type pretty much verbatim the same response!  ;D

Surrounded by Canadians, those who know of my dedication to curry think I am bizarre. Ditching turkey and stuffing for Madras and naan would go too far.

That said, I cook a mean turkey, and they won't know that I marinate it with curry base.  ;D

I actually curried what was left of our Turkey last year for the evening, wasn't too bad if I remember correctly.   8)

I will be eating lamb roast xmas dinner with the family. However the minute xmas day ends, the curry gravy will be simering away, and the kitchen will be transformed into a diy bir !  :) Lubricated with copious festive beer swilling, right through till the new year. can't wait  ;D

That sounds 'fowl', but I dare say if done right it would all get 'gobbled' up pretty fast!

Actually I like to keep aBREAST of such new ideas but fear I am too 'chicken' to try this one.

And I hope you realise that if you're pulling our legs then you're going to get a good 'roasting' for it.

Yup, I don't think it'll go down too well, at least not here where I'm 'baste'!

OK I'll get my coat.  :-[

I just cooked a standard vindaloo but with turkey leftovers in stead of chicken breast chunks. After a few pint's anything curried tastes good to me, once I even curried these pork belly strip things, only meat I could find!  At the time I thought it tasted great although I had no garlic paste and just used extra ginger to make up.  I nearly threw it all up the next morning when I saw\smelt what I had eaten  :-X
